{"id":621,"date":"2022-05-23T06:00:00","date_gmt":"2022-05-23T06:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/zaimovic.com.hr\/?p=621"},"modified":"2024-04-29T10:10:19","modified_gmt":"2024-04-29T10:10:19","slug":"sto-je-regulacija-emocija","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/zaimovic.com.hr\/index.php\/2022\/05\/23\/sto-je-regulacija-emocija\/","title":{"rendered":"\u0160to je regulacija emocija?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Kao i kod svih pojmova tako i za regulaciju emocija imamo puno definicija, a ja vam pi\u0161em dvije koje se meni svi\u0111aju i koje najjasnije predo\u010davaju o \u010demu je tu rije\u010d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gross je definirao regulaciju emocija kao \u201e<em>proces putem kojeg pojedinci utje\u010du na emocije koje imaju, kada ih imaju, kako ih do\u017eivljavaju i kako ih izra\u017eavaju\u201c.<a href=\"#_ftn1\">[1]<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Druga definicija bi bila ona koja se odnosi na upravljanje emocijama te govori kako regulacija emocija zna\u010di \u201e<em>upravljanje i suo\u010davanje s emocijama, rad s emocijama na razborit na\u010din, radije nego djelovanje prema osje\u0107aju bez razmi\u0161ljanja\u201c<\/em>.<a href=\"#_ftn2\">[2]<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-background has-medium-font-size\" style=\"background-color:#e78037\"><strong>\u0160to bi to zna\u010dilo?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Emocije su u nama, ali mi odre\u0111ujemo \u0161to \u0107emo s njima. Pritom je regulacija emocija najzna\u010dajnija za kontakt s drugima \u2013 <strong>dru\u017eenje<\/strong>, jer direktno utje\u010de na izra\u017eavanje emocija i pona\u0161anje. Kod regulacije emocija ne radi se o pukom potiskivanju emocija, nego o <strong>upravljanju sobom<\/strong> u situaciji u kojoj se nalazimo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na\u0161e <strong>cjelokupno pona\u0161anje<\/strong> sastoji se od misli, emocija, pona\u0161anja (akcija) i fiziolo\u0161kog odgovora organizma. Mijenjanjem jedne komponente mijenjamo sve komponente cjelokupnog pona\u0161anja. Misli i pona\u0161anje (akcija\/djelovanje) su pod na\u0161om svjesnom kontrolom, a druge dvije pod indirektnom kontrolom jer mijenjanjem misli mijenjamo na\u0161e pona\u0161anje, na\u0161 fiziolo\u0161ki odgovor se mijenja i zbog toga se mijenjaju i emocije. <strong>Zato ka\u017eemo da su emocije itekako pod na\u0161om kontrolom i mo\u017eemo ih regulirati.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedan primjer je i da osoba u nekim situacijama mo\u017ee <strong>skrivati<\/strong> svoje emocije ili pak mo\u017ee <strong>skrenuti pa\u017enju s mogu\u0107eg uznemiravaju\u0107eg sadr\u017eaja<\/strong> kako uop\u0107e ne bi do\u0161lo do neugodnih emocija. Takvo pona\u0161anje mo\u017ee biti <em>negativno, ali i pozitivno<\/em> u nekim situacijama. <em><strong>Na primjer,<\/strong> ako na\u0161e suo\u010davanje s nekom osobom koja nam se ne svi\u0111a, ne\u0107e utjecati na budu\u0107nost, mo\u017eemo ju izbje\u0107i i ne dru\u017eiti se s njom. No, ako je ta osoba \u010dlan na\u0161e obitelji ili susjed, ipak bi se trebali suo\u010diti s tom osobom i nelagodnim emocijama koje mo\u017eemo osje\u0107ati u njegovoj prisutnosti i to poku\u0161ati rije\u0161iti. <\/em>Isto tako, ovdje se radi i o tzv. <strong>\u201ebiranju bitke\u201c<\/strong> gdje svjesno odlu\u010dujemo da se ne\u0107emo nervirati zbog neke situacije jer znamo da okolnosti ne mo\u017eemo kontrolirati, ve\u0107 samo sebe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background\" style=\"background-color:#e78037\"><strong>Barrett i Gross navode pet glavnih to\u010daka u procesu regulacije emocija u kojima pojedinci imaju mogu\u0107nost utjecati na emocionalni tijek<a href=\"#_ftn3\">[3]<\/a>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\"><li><strong>Odabir<\/strong> situacije koja uklju\u010duje <em>pristupanje ili izbjegavanje<\/em> odre\u0111enih ljudi, mjesta ili situacija s ciljem utjecanja na emocije.<br><\/li><li><strong>Modificiranje situacije (mijenjanje)<\/strong> &#8211; Kada odabrana, situacija mo\u017ee biti prilago\u0111ena kako bi se modificirao, odnosno promijenio emocionalni utjecaj. Neke situacije uop\u0107e ne mo\u017eemo modificirati, a one se razlikuju po svojoj kompleksnosti te premje\u0161tanje pa\u017enje mo\u017ee biti kori\u0161teno za selekciju na koji aspekt situacije \u0107e se osoba <strong>fokusirati.<\/strong><br><\/li><li>Kognitivna promjena, odnosno pripisivanje jednog, od mnogih, <strong>zna\u010denja<\/strong> odre\u0111enoj situaciji.<br><\/li><li><strong>Moduliranje odgovora<\/strong> koji se odnosi na izazvanu reakciju. Odnosno, prema vlastitom odabiru mo\u017eete oblikovati odgovor na odre\u0111enu situaciju, pa tako upravljati vlastitim emocijama.<br><br><br>Ako polazimo od pretpostavke da djecu <strong>u\u010dimo upravljanju svojim pona\u0161anjem<\/strong>, posljedicama svog pona\u0161anja i sli\u010dno, trebamo se usmjeriti i na u\u010denje o emocijama, upravljanju emocijama, te da se zapravo pona\u0161amo na odre\u0111eni na\u010din zbog posljedica na\u0161ih emocija.
