Da tijelo mora pro\u0107i kroz oporavak \u2013 onaj vidljiv i onaj manje vidljiv i to mu mora\u0161 dopustiti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ka\u017eu da nakon poroda na maternici ostaje rana veli\u010dine tanjura. Rana koja mora zarasti. Te\u0161ko ti je biti sama sa svojim tijelom, a kako \u0107e tek biti na pla\u017ei punoj ljudi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Stvar je da se na pla\u017ei fokusiramo na \u017eene koje nama izgledaju bolje od nas<\/strong>, sad vrlo vjerojatno na \u017eene koje nisu rodile ili pak jesu, a misli\u0161 da izgledaju odli\u010dno i nije ti jasno kako je to mogu\u0107e. I opet se uspore\u0111uje\u0161 s nekim tko ne \u017eivi tvoj \u017eivot. Tko nema tvoje tijelo, tko ne prolazi iste izazove, tko nema tvoju genetiku, nema tvoje neprospavane no\u0107i, nema tvoje brige, ne doji, ne jede na brzinu samo da se ne bi sru\u0161io jer dijete konstantno pla\u010de, a nisi stigla organizirati ni\u0161ta bolje\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Razmisli \u0161to bi ti olak\u0161alo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>? \u0160to ti treba da se na pla\u017ei osje\u0107a\u0161 bolje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>? \u0160to ti treba da prihvati\u0161 svoje tijelo i njeguje\u0161 ga s ljubavlju?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meni je trebalo neko vrijeme da si to sve poslo\u017eim u glavi. Dojenje i nespavanje me doslovno pojelo. No, trudim se da mi to ne remeti glavu, da si sama ne uni\u0161tavam dane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Svi se mi na\u0111emo u periodu <strong>kad nismo zadovoljni IZGLEDOM svog tijela<\/strong>, a pritom govorimo da nismo zadovoljni sobom, svojim tijelom, mislimo da smo ru\u017ene\/debele\/mr\u0161ave, imamo velik trbuh, strije, sa smo pune celulita, tko bi nas takve htio, nije ni \u010dudo da partner gleda druge \u017eene kad su one bolje i ljep\u0161e od nas i mnoge sli\u010dne misli nam prolaze kroz glavu. To sam nekad bila i ja, sve dok nisam nau\u010dila kako prihvatiti sebe, takvu kakva jesam i na temelju toga graditi bolju sliku o sebi, ali i sagradila bolji odnos sa svojim tijelom i na taj na\u010din je i moje tijelo postalo bolje, \u010dak i kad se uop\u0107e nije promijenilo. Iz tog stava mi je bilo lak\u0161e raditi na njegovom ja\u010danju i zdravlju \u2013 fizi\u010dkom i psihi\u010dkom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kad o sebi mislimo na onaj prvi na\u010din cijelu svoju vrijednost izjedna\u010davamo sa svojim izgledom, a jesi li ti samo svoj izgled ili si puno vi\u0161e od toga?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u0160to si time \u010dini\u0161?<\/strong> Zbog toga se krene\u0161 i OSJE\u0106ATI lo\u0161e jer na\u0161e misli kreiraju na\u0161e emocije. Ne mo\u017eemo se osje\u0107ati dobro ako mislimo crno, ako se vrije\u0111amo, okrivljavamo, o sebi mislimo s prijezirom, ga\u0111enjem, kad se obezvrje\u0111ujemo.<br><br> ? Kako se osje\u0107a\u0161 dok o sebi misli\u0161 takve misli?<br> ? Poma\u017eu li ti takve misli promijeniti tijelo?<br> ? Poma\u017eu li ti ga prihvatiti?<br><br>Mo\u017eda i pomognu. Bira\u0161 li tad sve vi\u0161e i ja\u010de raditi na tijelu, a glavu ignorira\u0161?<br><br>Rekla bih da je sve u glavi, pa \u0107e mnogi preokrenuti o\u010dima, no riskirat \u0107u &#8211; <strong>SVE je u glavi.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A pre\u010desto se \u017eene zatvore u svoju glavu, uhvate se u vrtlog vlastitih misli, misli za koje vjeruju da su nametnute, a one samo postoje sve dok im one ne pridaju pa\u017enju, dok ne povjeruju da su istinite.<br>Kad ka\u017eem da je sve u glavi, mislim da smo mi zaslu\u017eni i odgovorni za sebe, imamo, odnosno mo\u017eemo imati, potpunu kontrolu samo nad sobom, ne nad mislima i postupcima drugih.<br>Kad ka\u017eem sve je u glavi, mislim <strong>da sve promjene dolaze iz na\u0161ih misli, nezadovoljstvo, ali i zadovoljstvo samima sobom.<\/strong><br>A toliko se optere\u0107uje\u0161 time \u0161to \u0107e druga osoba misliti o tebi, a nema\u0161 nikakvu kontrolu nad time ho\u0107e li ona to zaista i misliti.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong>Koji je problem s pla\u017eom s obzirom da nam je taj period u godini?<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Istina je da na pla\u017ei velika ve\u0107ina \u017eena <strong>optere\u0107ena svojim tijelom<\/strong> i pritom misli samo na sebe! Krene se uspore\u0111ivati i opet misli na sebe. Zatvoreni smo u svojim mislima, optere\u0107uje\u0161 se izgledom i time si naru\u0161ava\u0161 mir i sre\u0107u koju mo\u017ee\u0161 osje\u0107ati.<br><br><strong>I onda, vrijeme za odmor postane vrijeme za mu\u010denje.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br> ? Za koga?<br> ? Zbog \u010dega?<br><br><br>Vrlo vjerojatno te ni jedna osoba ne\u0107e pogledati vi\u0161e od 1-2 puta i nastaviti misliti svoje misli, najvjerojatnije o sebi i svom tijelu, o tome kako je trebala jo\u0161 samo na jednu dijetu, jednu restrikciju, kako je trebala piti vi\u0161e vode, bolje jesti, vi\u0161e vje\u017ebati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>OPTERE\u0106ENJE, OPTERE\u0106ENJE, \u017dALJENJE, KRITIZIRANJE.
