Zbog toga sam odlu\u010dila u projekt <em>&#8220;Podr\u017eana u maj\u010dinstvu&#8221; <\/em>ugostiti <strong>Mirnu Senti\u0107.<\/strong> Ona je magistra nutricionizma i za sebe ka\u017ee da njeguje <strong>spoj nutricionizma i gastronomije<\/strong>. Osim toga, u zadnje vrijeme sebe opisuje kao fertility gurmana, ili da ka\u017eem gurmanicu. Osim toga, Mirna je mama, poduzetnica, supruga, prijateljica, tu je da podr\u017ei druge \u017eene, trudnice i majke. A kako to radi, pro\u010ditaj u nastavku&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Mo\u017ee\u0161 li mi re\u0107i ne\u0161to vi\u0161e o sebi? Tko je sve Mirna, koje sve uloge njeguje\u0161 u svom \u017eivotu i \u0161to sve radi\u0161 sa \u017eenama, majkama, trudnicama?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Mirna je jedna slojevita osoba, darovita i u \u017eelji za slu\u017eenjem i smislom kroz svaku sferu \u017eivota \u2013 maj\u010dinstvo, partnerstvo i poduzetni\u0161tvo. Veliki sam radoholik, ali kako sam starija shva\u0107am prednosti i nu\u017enosti odmora te pravljenja kvalitetnih pauzi. Brige o sebi. <strong>Vjerujem da je tu klju\u010d uspjeha, pa tako mogu balansirati sve ove uloge u kojima se pojavljujem.<\/strong> Tako\u0111er, dolazim iz brojne obitelji (6-ero djece) pa mi je va\u017eno imati <strong>dobre obiteljske odnose <\/strong>koji su temelj svih drugih odnosa. <strong>Najva\u017enije je slu\u017eiti sebi i bli\u017enjima, to je jedan korijenski sustav koji daje snagu za sve ostale dru\u0161tvene sfere.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>2. \u0160to radi\u0161 kao fertility gurman i od kud interes za to podru\u010dje?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eFertility\u201c gurman<\/em> je usko podru\u010dje mog rada sa \u017eenama, a vezano je za podr\u0161ku \u017eene u <strong>prekoncepciji<\/strong> &#8211; prije samog za\u010de\u0107a <em>(u svrhu o\u010duvanja reproduktivnog zdravlja)<\/em>; kao i <strong>podr\u0161ka kroz trudno\u0107u<\/strong> i <strong>postpartum<\/strong>. <strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>Najvi\u0161e suosje\u0107am s \u017eenama koje imaju hormonalne disbalanse koji se reflektiraju na plodnost <em>(pr. sindrom policisti\u010dnih jajnika, endometrioza, Hashimotov tireoiditis)<\/em>. <strong>I sama sam s PCOS-om od tinejd\u017eerskih dana, tako da zaista \u201eosje\u0107am\u201c te\u017einu svakodnevice PCOS klijentica.<\/strong> Tako da je prekoncepcija kroz <strong>ciljanu suplementaciju i individualne jelovnike naju\u017ea ni\u0161a djelovanja<\/strong>, a sve u svrhu o\u010duvanja esencije zdravlja \u2013 menstrualnog ciklusa i hormonalne homeostaze. Plusi\u0107 na testu, zdravoro\u0111ena bebica, postpartum kroz nje\u017enost i redovitost obroka trenuci su i prekrasne nagrade kroz zajedni\u010dki rad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>3.<\/strong> <strong>S obzirom da si prvenstveno magistra nutricionizma, obra\u0107aju li ti se za pomo\u0107 trudnice i mame? Ako da, vezano za \u0161to najvi\u0161e?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Majke su \u010desto moje klijentice<\/strong>, rekla bih 70%. Primarno sti\u017eu u cilju da ih netko \u010duje i vidi, da budu razumljene, a onda radi olak\u0161avanja svoje svakodnevice pripremanja hrane i kombiniranja obroka. Nebrojeno puta sam \u010dula \u2013 <em>\u201eDa mi nije tog kuhanja, imala bih svo vrijeme ovog svijeta!\u201c<\/em> ili <em>\u201eImam osje\u0107aj da sam u kuhinji po cijele bo\u017eje dane\u201c, \u201eStalno ne\u0161to \u010dopam, nikako da kvalitetno pojedem.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Razmi\u0161ljati o hrani u kontekstu \u201eobveza\u201c tijekom dana, vje\u0161tina je i tra\u017ei vrijeme i fokusiranost, pa i utreniranost<\/strong>. Hraniti se zdravo, postalo je dio lifestyle-a, a ja tu slu\u017eim da osiguram prakti\u010dnost na djelu i ekonomsku ispativost. Jeftinije je 1x tjedno i\u0107i u nabavku, meal prepati i imati nakuhano par obroka, nego naru\u010divati \u201ezdrave\u201c obroke u formi gableca svakodnevno te jesti sendvi\u010de i pekarske proizvode ostalim obrocima. &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>4. Prehrana kod trudnica, reci nam kakva treba biti prema tvom mi\u0161ljenju? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apsolutno se sla\u017eem i potpisujem da bi prehrana trebala biti druga\u010dija. Deficit mo\u017ee dovesti do defekta neuralne cijevi kod bebe. U principu redovno je suplementirana i gotovo svaki je prenatalni kompleks ima, no va\u017eno je i prije krenuti, kao i u postpartumu.<br><br><strong>\u017deljezo<\/strong> \u2013 nakon provjere statusa, vidjeti kolike su zalihe \u017eeljeza u krvi, a kolike na razini tkiva (UIBC; TIBC; feritin). Prevencija anemija kod trudnice, osigurat \u0107e manju vjerojatnost pojave \u017eutice kod novoro\u0111en\u010dadi kao i lak\u0161i oporavak majke u postpartumu. Djelovat \u0107e i na san kod mame i kod bebe, te na pojavu umora.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Vitamin D<\/strong> \u2013 va\u017eno korigirati status u slu\u010daju nedostatka ve\u0107 u prekoncepciji, a bitno ga je imati kroz trudno\u0107u dovoljno i u postpartumu jer jer sudjeluje u o\u010duvanju imuniteta.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Probiotici <\/strong>\u2013 Novija istra\u017eivanja ukazuju na sposobnost migracije probiotika (dobrih bakterija) iz crijeva majke u crijeva bebe, za koje se smatralo donedavno da su sterilna. Redovna konzumacija vlakana u trudno\u0107i, kao i konzumacija probioti\u010dkih pripravaka i suplementacija napravit \u0107e razliku u imunitetu, kao i prihva\u0107anja odre\u0111ene hrane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-1 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>5.<\/strong> <strong>Na \u0161to trudnice trebaju posebno paziti u prehrani?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Osim navedenih izoliranih nutrijenata, va\u017eno je imati balans u prehrani. \u0160to bi to zna\u010dilo? To bi zna\u010dilo \u2013 <strong>\u201ePojedi ono \u0161to treba\u0161, da bi jela ono \u0161to \u017eeli\u0161\u201c<\/strong> i tako se stvara jedan prekrasan obrazac koji njeguje rutinu (disciplinu na po\u010detku); a onda dozvoljava slobodu i spontanost.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Imajte redovne obroke \u2013<\/strong> 3 glavna i 1 me\u0111uobrok, nastojte osjetiti glad izme\u0111u obroka. To je zdravo, zbog adekvatnih glikemijskih odgovora. Nije zdravo stalno grickati i jesti po malo, a da vas ne vodi prirodni instikt (glad). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jedite neprera\u0111enu hranu<\/strong>, kuhajte si \u0161to vi\u0161e i obojajte svoje tanjure. Skloniji smo birati \u0161arenu hranu, a to sugerira raznovrsnost nutrijenata, koje nam u ovoj fazi trebaju neizmjerno (kolin, lutein, pigmenti- karotenoidi, klorofili, ksantofili, likopeni, omege-3, vitamin D, E..)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Slastice i masnu hranu konzumirajte 10-15% u svojoj ukupnoj prehrani, napravite oko njih doga\u0111aj i ljepotu \u017eivjelja balansa.<\/strong> Izvedite se na kavu i kola\u010d; po\u0111ite na brunch s dragom osobom; u kino na kokice i chips ili pak na burger na nekom festivalu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al uz to ne zaboravite njegovati <strong>smijeh, u\u017eivanje i bivanje u tom trenutku, jer hrana nije samo fizi\u010dka stvar. <\/strong>Hrani i du\u0161u. <strong>Kad se du\u0161a smije, kalorije se ne broje \u2013 volim od milja re\u0107i. <\/strong>Balans posti\u017eete tako da budete redovite u tome da si pripremate obroke, redovito uzimate \u201epauzu\u201c od rutine i redovito ste fizi\u010dki aktivne. To je balans prehrane trudnice. Prehrana u postpartumu &#8211;<\/strong> <strong>na \u0161to treba paziti<\/strong>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tijekom postpartuma <strong>fokus na oporavak i odmor<\/strong>, kako i fizi\u010dki tako i kroz prehranu. Smisao postpartum prehrane je <strong>dati tijelu nutrijente koji mu nedostaju i povratiti mu snagu <\/strong>(kroz odmor i kvalitetne obroke) da cijeli i slu\u017ei za: fizi\u010dki oporavak tkiva&nbsp; (rana) i uspostavu dojenja. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Konkretno \u2013 krepki, topli obroci <\/strong>s puno <strong>\u017eeljeza <\/strong>(zbog gubitka krvi); <strong>vlakana<\/strong> (\u201emek\u0161anje\u201c stolice zbog pristutnosti hemoroida), <strong>kolagena<\/strong> (oporavka tkiva i stvaranje novih); <strong>vitamina C i cinka<\/strong>, kao i obilna <strong>hidracija i puno energije <\/strong>(kalorija). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puno vi\u0161e \u017eena jede u oporavku nego kroz trudno\u0107u, posebice ako govorimo o dojilji. Govorimo o <strong>3 velika obroka i 3 &#8211; 4 me\u0111uobroka tijekom dana<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vrsta hrane koja je idealna za to razdoblje<\/strong>: sporo kuhani obroci (temeljci, variva, meso u to\u0107u); jetrica na naglo, zeleno lisnato povr\u0107e, losos, riba op\u0107enito, hrana pakirana u polpetice i zalogaj\u010di\u0107e (kao zdravi snackovi).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>7. Kako prehrana utje\u010de na na\u0161e cjelokupno zdravlje?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prije svega hrana je informacija tijelu, koja bi trebala biti konzumirana u \u0161to \u201emirnijim\u201c uvijetima. Tek tada hrana, hrani na\u0161e tijelo i sustave. Misliti na svoj raspored obroka u danu kao dio obveza i brige za svoje tijelo preduvijet je za kvalitetan \u017eivot. Nakon \u0161to steknete dobar \u201ekostur\u201c prehrane, kre\u0107e pitanje \u2013 <strong><em>\u201ea \u0161to da konzumiram da se ne ponavljam?\u201c <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kreativnost tako\u0111er dolazi s \u201evi\u0161kom\u201c vremena i treningom, ali i edukacijom. Iste namirnice mo\u017eete upotrijebiti na pregr\u0161t na\u010dina. <em>Primjer \u2013 pe\u010dena koko\u0161. 1. dan ona je glavno jelo s krumpirima i salatom, sutra dan je nakosana u woku s nekom \u017eitaricom, tre\u0107i dan je kao dio tortilje ili salate.<\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Recikliranje hrane<\/strong> je zaista klju\u010dan trenutak razumijevanja hrane. \u0160to se skupina hrane ti\u010de \u2013 primarno razmi\u0161ljati o dostatnom unosu proteina (jaja, meso, riba, sirevi, amhunarke) na tanjuru i kroz dan kako bi osigurali adekvatnu sitost, onda razmi\u0161ljati o unosu vlakana (povr\u0107e na tanjuru) kao i unosu ugljikohidrata (slo\u017eenih \u2013 \u017eitarica kuhanih, batat, \u0161krobno povr\u0107e ili mahunarke).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>8. Koji ti je najljep\u0161i dio posla\/kojim izazovima kod klijenata se najvi\u0161e voli\u0161 baviti?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Volim raditi s osobama koje su spremne raditi i poduzimati korake, pa i padati putem. Grije\u0161iti i vra\u0107ati se opet na \u201etra\u010dnice\u201c. To naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e sre\u0107em <em>u radu sa \u017eenama, posebice majkama, koje upoznaju i njeguju novu rutinu, ali primjerice bolest djeteta ili tjedni stres rezultiraju kaosom i u prehrani.<\/em> <strong>Nau\u010diti se kalibrirati, prihvatiti taj tjedan kao dio procesa promjene navika je zaista normalan i shvatiti da nema ideala<\/strong>, ve\u0107 samo osje\u0107aja zadovoljstva dok ne\u0161to radimo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kao \u0161to sam ve\u0107 i navela \u2013 milestones-e uvijek slavimo; novu kila\u017eu (traperice, garderobu); plusi\u0107 na testu, urednu trudno\u0107u, kvalitetan postpartum. Sve se treba proslaviti i osvijestiti kao velik korak u svom putu stvaranja prehrambenih navika\/rutina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>9. I za kraj, jesam li ne\u0161to propustila? Kako \u017eene mogu do\u0107i do tebe, gdje da te prate, kako ti se mogu javiti? Planira\u0161 li ne\u0161to posebno u narednim mjesecima?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bitno je re\u010deno. Vjerujem da \u0107e slu\u017eiti i da \u0107e biti pitanja iza pro\u010ditanog, jer to zna\u010di da je motivacija ve\u0107 tu. Web \u0107e biti do kraja ljeta u pogonu i vjerujem da \u0107e biti izvor provjerenih informacija o prehrani \u017eena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Naredni mjeseci su mi uz klijente u 1:1 suradnjama, posve\u0107eni festivalskim gostovanjima, gdje sam u ulozi gurmanice <\/strong>\u2013 gostuju\u0107eg predava\u010da koji spaja znanja iz gastronomije i nutricionizma. <strong>Kulinarska akademija \u201eGastronomicom\u201c<\/strong> dodana je vrijednost mom radu i volim <strong>Michelin star razinu<\/strong> dovoditi u stvarnost.
